Chiamaka Nnadozie makes remarkable WSL debut

Chiamaka Nnadozie, Super Falcons goalkeeper had a brilliant start to life in the Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL).

 

Nnadozie who moved from Paris FC to Brighton was set for a good game against Aston Villa in a game which was watched by England boss, Sarina Wiegman.

 

Nnadozie made four big saves to keep her side in the game and got the best rating from the Barclays Women’s Super League in a post made on their X page. The goalkeeper had a rating of 8.4.

 

Michelle Agyemang came close to scoring but hit the bar. Kiko Seike almost grabbed a winner too for the Seagulls with a header, only for the ball to go just wide.

 

Nnadozie saved shots from Hanston and Kirby, keeping her side in the game and getting a good review. The African Goalkeeper of the Year was also nominated in the Balon d’or
