The Nationwide League One ( NLO) has announced kickoff dates as it prepares for the 2026 season.Â
The league body fixed Friday, April 10, 2026 as the kickoff date. This decision was presented at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday in Abuja.
The league unveiled a new logo and made amendments to its rules and regulations.
“The logo rebrand signifies the NLO’s commitment to providing more than. Just a platform for grassroots development.
“It aims to scout emerging talents and establish viable career pathways for players across over 300 clubs and academies in Division One and the U19 Youth League,” said Silas Agara, Chairman of the NLO Board.
The NLO also announced its partnership with Zykte Technology, also noting that this would enhance the visibility of the league.
