The Nigeria Premier Football League has made adjustments to postponed games involving Nigerian clubs on the continent.

Remo Stars, Kwara United, Abia Warriors and Rivers United had their games at the weekend postponed due to continental engagements.

The NPFL revealed these changes through the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Davidson Owumi. Abia Warriors will now host Remo Stars on October 1 in Umuahia, after their clash with Djoliba in Bamako.

On the same day, Rivers United will host Niger Tornadoes. The Kano Pillars versus Kwara United match will be played at the Sani Abacha Stadium on October 8.

In a related development, Plateau United have joined Bendel Insurance to play their home fixtures on Saturdays and no longer on Sundays. Plateau will host El-Kanemi Warriors on Saturday September 27 while Bendel Insurance will host Plateau United on the same date. All other fixtures for the weekend remain as originally scheduled.
