The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL has sealed a ₦2 billion, five-year commercial and data partnership with Inview Technologies and AS Production Hub.

Under the new arrangement, NPFL matches will air on free-to-air television and selected digital platforms — a move expected to expand nationwide reach and deepen fan engagement.

Speaking at the official signing ceremony, NPFL Chairman Otunba Gbenga Elegbeleye said the league was entering a new era of innovation, visibility, and access.

“We want every Nigerian home — from rural communities to major cities — to watch NPFL matches with ease. Our focus is consistent, high-quality content across multiple platforms,” Elegbeleye said.

He emphasized that the agreement forms part of a broader commercial roadmap designed to attract multiple broadcast partners and generate diverse revenue streams.

“This deal with Inview and AS Production Hub does not exclude others. The NPFL is opening its doors to many broadcasters, which means more visibility, revenue, and growth for our clubs and players,” he added.

Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, praised the NPFL leadership for pursuing sustainable reforms despite operational challenges.

“Progress may appear gradual, but we are laying a solid foundation for long-term success. With patience and support, Nigerian football will benefit greatly,” Gusau noted.

In another major milestone, the NPFL also finalized a ₦600 million data partnership with Round Up Technology, including ₦140 million annually for analytics, statistics, and player performance tracking — the league’s first structured data commercialization deal.

Dignitaries present at the signing included NBC Director-General Charles Ebuebu, NOA Director-General Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, and VON Director-General Mallam Jibrin Baba Ndace.

With its renewed broadcast and data framework, the NPFL is set for a modern, commercially viable era that promises unprecedented growth for Nigerian club football.
