Besiktas of Turkey have confirmed the signing of Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi on a three-year deal.
The Turkish giants unveiled the former Leicester midfielder on Friday. His contract with the club runs till 2028 with an option for a one-year extension. The total transfer fee worth €8,000,000 was paid to Leicester City.
Ndidi landed in Turkey on Thursday for medicals after long speculation in the media about his future and after a successful medical, he finalized the deal.
Ndidi spent eight seasons at Leicester and made over 240 appearances before now joining Besiktas. He also was a prominent member of the 2021 FA winning team.
He will experience life in the Turkish Super Lig under former Manchester United boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and will hope to command a starting shirt in the coming season.
